Rates

$225 per night

• three night minimum.
• one-week (one night free) is $1,350.00.

Deposit Required
A check covering the first night is required for a deposit.
Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
One half of the deposit will be returned if cancellation notice is received thirty days prior to scheduled arrival; after thirty days no refund will be made unless the house is re-rented for those dates or you may choose to apply the entire deposit for a future reservation.
